Calling Laura. Come in, Laura!

No word from Laura yet today, here in the States. We have been emailing her known contacts to try to get word from her, but as of this writing, it is just a few minutes until the 24-hour meditation begins at 12 midnight. So if all has gone according to plan, Laura and Gabrielle are safely ensconced at the Meadow area of Chalice Well in Glastonbury, and probably nowhere near email access. Today the Chalice Well Trust has even put up an entire page for the Peace Planet Project event on their website!

If you are reading this on August 8, 2008, please hold Laura and her daughter in your prayers. And if you have a way to make contact with them, please let us know! Abundant Peace to you all….

On to Glastonbury

The latest news from Laura is that she and her daughter acquired an inexpensive bus pass that they can use all over England for one year, so transportation is handled!

As of this writing, if all went well, she will have found a place to stay in Glastonbury, at least for one night. If anyone reading this is currently in Glastonbury and wants to connect, please email Laura at laura@peaceplanetproject.com. She will be relying on visits to Internet cafes to keep in touch.

The Peace Planet Project is not just about Laura. She has been spiritually guided to use her talents to bring a new symbol of peace to this world, and she was “told” to do this in Glastonbury. During the week leading up to her trip, Laura received email from a woman who lives in South Africa, saying that she had also been called to Glastonbury on 8-8-08! These two visionaries from opposite ends of the earth will be meeting up soon….

If you believe in the power of individuals to join together to create peace on earth, please click on that Donate button on Laura’s website–every little bit helps, and Laura needs our support. Thank you all for your interest… we’ll keep you up to date!

Laura is in England!

Hello Everyone,

This is Barbara, the website designer for Peace Planet Project. Laura sent off a quick email today to say that she and her daughter arrived safely at London Heathrow airport and immediately took a bus to Bath, which she says is beautiful. They wanted to stay somewhere outside of “spendy London.” They will be leaving for Glastonbury Wednesday afternoon.

Laura found an Internet cafe during the last 10 minutes that it was open for the day, to send her message! She is still in need of donations in support of her pilgrimage to hold the global peace meditation on 8-8-08, so if you believe in what Laura is doing, please consider donating, using the PayPal button on her website. She has a location picked out (with approval) to set up her “new mandala for peace” in Glastonbury, and we’ll be providing more details on that soon.

Thank you for your interest and support!
